Exciting to see bald eagle at Cross Creek Ranch community. This eagle is nearing adulthood with mottled white feathers on its body and wings. Bald eagle has an impressive wingspan of 6 to 8 feet, and is the National bird of U.S. since 1782. The oldest bald eagle on record lived for 38 years.
