A highly popular rice noddle seller in my hometown of Kampar, Malaysia. There is typically a 1/2 to 1-hour wait for his freshly prepared noddles, cooked on a nearly flat wok over charcoal fires. I used a slightly slower shutter speed to capture his quick wok motion.
