Souk Mubarakiya
While visiting the labyrinth of alleys and passages at Souk Mubarakiya in Kuwait City, I came upon a gentle man sharpening knives and kitchen utensils using a grindstone on an alley selling housewares and perfumes. He kindly allowed me to take a couple of images which I converted into B&W to minimize color distractions. Souk Mubarakiya is the largest and one of the oldest souqs in Kuwait; it is a fascinating place to visit.
