It was great to see the sun after nearly four days of consecutive rains from Hurricane/ Tropical Storm Harvey. The water receded quickly in our area after the rain stopped. Other parts of Houston did not fare so well; especially communities just to the west and east of the Barker and Addicks reservoirs.
