Large sections of the Kiswah that covered the Kabah stone in Mecca, is on display inside the Museum of Islamic Civilization in Sharjah. The main inscription, in gold thread, means “There is no god but Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.” Other inscriptions are verses from the Qur’an.
